Suitable for slitting paper and OPP film.
Features
1. The unwinding part is of shaft separated type, equipped with full-automatic tension control and EPC automatic deviation correction device.
2. Three groups of motors are used for power linkage, and the winding control system can switch the air pressure shaft tension and slip shaft speed control.
3. The winding shaft adopts individual slip control. When the material thickness is uneven, the tension of each roll of finished product can be controlled evenly.
4. The slitting cutter is equipped with upper and lower round cutters, which are suitable for slitting of various materials. The waste disposal is controlled by a powerful suction fan.
Optional equipment
1. Shaftless discharge seat: lift arm type shaftless clamping, which shortens the feeding time and improves the efficiency.
2. Integrated paper receiving table: This device can make the interface more flat and save material loss.
