Scope of application
This machine is mainly suitable for cutting of American stripe/double-sided/foam tape and cloth.
Features
1. The AC motor and frequency converter can be used for spindle and round knife power to make high and low speed adjustment and forward and reverse rotation switching control.
2. The servo motor controls the cutting width and works with the precision ball screw and slide rail to achieve high-precision cutting.
3. The LCD touch screen is used for the operation interface, and various parameters and functional conditions can be set directly on the screen.
4. The central control system is a PLC programmable controller. Various sizes can be set in the coaxial line. The computer automatically adjusts the cutting width when cutting.
5. The angle of the round knife can be adjusted manually. When the cutting plane is not good, the cutting angle can be adjusted manually to avoid changing the knife frequently.
6. The cutting feed power is controlled by oil pressure, and the feed speed can be adjusted freely.
Optional equipment
1. Automatic adjustment of round knife angle: The knife base adopts an automatic adjustment structure (angle adjustment range ± 80). When the cutting plane is poor, the cutting angle can be directly changed.
2. Cutting shaft of small pipe center: the inner diameter of pipe center can be specified according to customer requirements.
3. Cutting shaft support frame: it is used to cut the pipe core length of 1.0M, the pipe core diameter is less than 38mm, or the pipe core length of 1.6M, the pipe core diameter is less than 50mm.
4. Flip type safety cover: after installation, it can protect the operator's safety and meet the international CE approval standards.
