Scope of application
It is specialized in the production of ultra transparent adhesive tape. The equipment uses an independent upper riding roller for winding. During winding, the winding material roll keeps in contact with the upper riding roller, so as to avoid the air being drawn into the film layers, and the ultra transparent products can be rolled out at high speed.
Features
1. Four axis automatic exchange coiling and continuous coiling are adopted to improve working efficiency.
2. Variable frequency stepless speed regulation, three section counter, stable shutdown.
3. The unwinding tension is controlled by pneumatic brake, and the unwinding tension is controlled by double control, equipped with clutch and independent sliding device of the winding shaft, which can adjust the tension freely.
4. The arc stretch roll is configured to effectively stretch the base material.
5. The slitting cutter is an industrial flat cutter, which is suitable for slitting film tape.
6. This machine is equipped with a paper tube loading and unloading machine, which can unload the finished products and load the paper tubes at the same time to achieve a continuous operation.
7. Independent winding upper riding roller: rubber pressure roller, driven by independent cylinder.
Optional equipment
1. Paper tube loading and unloading aluminum mold: It is necessary to purchase additional equipment for production of different widths, and the size can be specified for production as required.
2. Automatic labeling device: This device automatically sticks the end paper in operation, reaching the capacity of this machine.
