Suitable for slitting of composite films and other materials.
Features
1. The feeding seat is a shaft connected type, equipped with a fully automatic material edge aligning device.
2. The tension of unwinding material is controlled by magnetic powder brake and automatic tension control.
3. The tension of the coiling shaft is controlled by individual slip, so that the tension of each coil of finished product is controlled evenly.
4. The finished product reeling is equipped with a surface sub wheel to make the reeling material more flat.
5. The slitting cutter is equipped with upper and lower round cutters.
Optional equipment
1. Shaftless discharge seat: lift arm type shaftless clamping, which shortens the feeding time and improves the efficiency.
2. Industrial flat cutter can be selected as the slitting cutter.
